2. Auto-Grading for Handwritten Paper Exams
Scan student answer sheets and upload them via the API. The AI uses advanced vision technology to OCR handwritten answers, match them against an answer key, and return per-question scores. When the AI encounters an answer it cannot read with confidence, it returns a cropped image of the specific answer region so a teacher can resolve it in seconds — no need to re-grade the entire paper.
3. AI Essay Marking
Submit student essays — typed or handwritten — along with a rubric. The AI scores each criterion independently (thesis, evidence, organization, mechanics, or any custom criteria you define) and returns detailed qualitative feedback with evidence quotes from the essay text. Teachers review and override individual criterion scores; the overall grade recomputes automatically.
Moodle Integration
AI Questions ships with a dedicated Moodle plugin that lets educators generate questions directly inside Moodle's question bank. One click generates curriculum-aligned questions from any uploaded course material — no API knowledge required. 4. Bubble Sheet (OMR) Marking
Upload scanned multiple-choice answer sheets — even an entire stack of 30+ students in a single PDF. The platform automatically detects the template layout, decodes QR codes printed on each sheet for student identification, and reads every bubble using a high-accuracy template engine. For known template layouts, grading costs essentially zero per sheet because no AI model call is needed — the deterministic engine handles everything.
