Developed web-based application to use it as a platform for UNICEF Health Emergency Program monitoring and evaluation indicators that related to the CHWs with the MCH team in the MoHP. The application includes data entry forms, data base, learning materials, moves, reporting system. The web-based application (Responsive), and linked with Mobile Application with the same futures, forms and reporting system, with the technical support plan for the MCH IT team in the development and admiration for both web-based and Mobile application.
