Mobile App Development Company in Egypt

Intrazero is a mobile app development company in Egypt. We handle mobile application development end to end — we design, build, and ship production apps: native iOS in Swift, native Android in Kotlin, and cross-platform apps with Flutter and React Native. From our Cairo HQ we serve clients across MENA and globally, and we build for Arabic and English from the first screen, including full right-to-left (RTL) layouts.

Whether you need a consumer app on the App Store and Google Play, an internal tool for your field teams, or an enterprise rollout managed through MDM, we cover the full lifecycle: product discovery, UX, engineering, store submission, and ongoing support. Founded in 2016, Intrazero has delivered 200+ projects, so your app ships on a stack and a process that have shipped before.

What we build

We build mobile apps end to end — native where you need maximum platform fidelity and performance, cross-platform where one codebase across iOS and Android gets you to market faster. We help you choose the right approach for your product, budget, and roadmap rather than forcing a single technology.

  • Native iOS apps in Swift and native Android apps in Kotlin
  • Cross-platform apps with Flutter and React Native from a single codebase
  • Arabic + English apps with full RTL support, built in from day one
  • App Store and Google Play submission, release management, and updates
  • Enterprise apps deployed and managed through MDM

A field app that had to work where the network does not

The hardest mobile brief we have delivered in Egypt was not a consumer app. Egypt's National Council for Childhood and Motherhood, working with UNICEF, needed field officers to log child-protection cases — including multimedia evidence — from locations where connectivity is unreliable and the data is about as sensitive as data gets.

We built a native field-officer app with offline sync against a Laravel and MySQL backend, delivered on a nine-month Agile cycle. All legacy data migrated with zero operational disruption, and paper redundancy went to zero. That combination — offline-first, evidence-grade, and answerable to a UN data-protection standard — is a harder problem than most commercial apps ever face.

  • Native app with offline sync, so a dropped connection does not lose a case
  • Multimedia evidence capture with a secure transfer path
  • Laravel and MySQL backend, Vue.js admin portal
  • Nine-month Agile delivery; 100% of legacy data migrated without disruption
  • Built to a UNICEF data-protection standard

What actually makes an Egyptian app project different

Two things separate a mobile project built for Egypt from one built elsewhere and localised afterwards, and both surface late if they were not planned for.

The first is Arabic. Right-to-left is not a language setting — it changes layout mirroring, navigation direction, form and list alignment, number and date formatting, and how mixed Arabic-Latin strings wrap. Retrofitting it into a finished app is consistently more expensive than designing for it from the first screen. The second is payments: Egyptian gateways such as Fawry and Paymob each need their own integration work, and Egyptian agencies price that separately from the app itself for exactly that reason.

  • Arabic RTL designed in from the first screen, not mirrored at the end
  • Egyptian payment gateways integrated individually — Fawry and Paymob are separate pieces of work
  • Offline-first behaviour where connectivity is unreliable
  • Backend and integration scoped as part of the project, not assumed
  • Both stores handled — Apple App Store and Google Play submission and review

Native or cross-platform, decided on your constraints

We build both, and the choice should follow the app rather than the vendor. Native Swift and Kotlin earn their cost when the app leans on device capabilities, needs the smoothest possible interaction, or must behave exactly like the platform it runs on. Flutter and React Native earn theirs when two platforms must ship together on one budget and the interface is largely your own design rather than the operating system's.

The honest version is that the decision is usually made by budget and timeline rather than by technology, and any agency that recommends the same answer to every client is telling you about themselves, not about your project.

  • Native iOS in Swift, native Android in Kotlin
  • Cross-platform in Flutter or React Native
  • The backend is usually the larger half of the work
  • Integration with existing systems through iMiddleware where they were never built to interoperate

Our approach and technology

Every engagement starts with what the app has to do and who uses it, then we pick the stack accordingly. Native Swift and Kotlin give you the smoothest, most platform-true experience; Flutter and React Native let you share logic and UI across both platforms to control cost and timeline.

Mobile apps rarely live alone, so we connect them to the backends and systems they depend on — APIs, ERP and CRM platforms, and existing services — and ship them with the testing, store compliance, and release discipline that keep them stable in production.

  • Native (Swift / Kotlin) or cross-platform (Flutter / React Native) chosen per project
  • Secure API integration with your backend, ERP, and CRM
  • RTL-first Arabic and English UX, not a bolted-on afterthought
  • Store-compliant builds, release pipelines, and post-launch maintenance

What you get

You get a shippable, maintainable app and a team that stays accountable through launch and beyond — not a prototype that stalls at 80%. Deliverables are scoped to your project, with clear handover so your own team can extend the app later if you choose.

  • Production iOS and/or Android apps published to the stores
  • Clean, documented codebase you own, with handover
  • Bilingual Arabic + English experience tested on real devices
  • Backend and third-party integrations wired and verified
  • Ongoing support, updates, and OS-version maintenance

Who it's for

We work with startups launching a first product, established companies adding a mobile channel, and enterprises that need apps distributed and locked down across a managed fleet of devices via MDM. If your users are in Egypt and the wider MENA region, native Arabic and RTL come standard.

  • Startups and SMEs launching a consumer or B2B app
  • Enterprises needing MDM-managed internal and field apps
  • Organizations serving Arabic-speaking users across MENA
  • Teams modernizing or replacing an aging mobile app

FAQ

What does Intrazero build as a mobile app development company in Egypt?

Intrazero builds native iOS apps in Swift, native Android apps in Kotlin, and cross-platform apps with Flutter and React Native. We deliver consumer and enterprise apps, including MDM-managed deployments, with native Arabic and English (RTL) support, from our Cairo HQ for clients across MENA and globally.

Do you build native or cross-platform mobile apps?

Both. We build native apps in Swift (iOS) and Kotlin (Android) when you need maximum platform performance and fidelity, and cross-platform apps in Flutter or React Native when a single codebase across iOS and Android is the better fit for cost and timeline. We recommend the right approach per project.

Can you build apps in Arabic with RTL support?

Yes. We build apps in native Arabic and English with full right-to-left (RTL) layout support designed in from the start, not added on afterward — which is essential for users across Egypt and the wider MENA region.

Can you deploy enterprise apps through MDM?

Yes. We build enterprise apps that are distributed and managed through MDM (mobile device management), so your organization can deploy, update, and control apps across a managed fleet of devices.

Will my app integrate with our existing backend, ERP, or CRM?

Yes. We connect mobile apps to the systems they rely on through secure APIs, including ERP and CRM platforms and your existing backend services, so the app fits into your current operations rather than standing alone.

How much does mobile app development cost in Egypt?

There is no fixed list price — cost depends on platforms (iOS, Android, or both), whether the app is native or cross-platform, the feature scope, integrations, and ongoing support. Intrazero scopes each project and provides a tailored quote after a short discovery call. Contact us to discuss your app.

Are you looking for mobile app development, iOS and Android app development or cross-platform app development?

Those are different names for the same category, and buyers use all of them. Mobile App Development Company in Egypt answers the same brief under any of those labels. What actually separates one option from another is scope, how it integrates with what you already run, and who owns the result after delivery. Intrazero has delivered 200+ projects for 500+ institutions across 5+ countries since 2016.
